Title
To drive sales and location based leads using an augmented reality game at NBA events
Showcase a video of someone playing the game using various high-profile logos such as: KIA Motors, Phoenix Suns, and the NBA logo. The video could be shot in front of the Phoenix Suns arena; from the stands; or from the KIA dealership. The video could make use of basketball stock footage, a KIA vehicle, the KIA postcard, and maybe the US Airways Center.
Scope
How does a dealership that sponsors an NBA arena, generate both national and local based leads for their dealerships? While at the same time creating a social media buzz beyond the typical, physical placement of a car or billboards during the play season.
Delivery
The Popar solution was to create a multiplayer, fast-paced, basketball shoot-out mobile game, which could connect players to a national leaderboard: containing high scores and player rankings.
